Firstly I want to thank everyone for their support and generosity.
Across Australia people are dying due to the cold of winter. Those sleeping rough need your help and through our Sleeping Bags for Homelessness project you can help.
Last year with your help we distributed thousands of these subzero sleeping bags.
We perform our own street walks and also supply other groups like Father Bob who distribute via their food vans and Lentil as Anything Thornbury who hand them out at their amazing restaurant.
Yesterday we got this delivery of 18 sub zero sleeping which will be going to Father Bob on Tuesday. Sadly these will be gone in a week and we will need more.
So again we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have already done and ask to continue to give support to those in need.
There are two ways you can help.
1. If you want to purchase yourself than you can do so but we ask that the sleeping bags be subzero temperature. If you purchase online you can get them delivered directly to us at 50 Lygon Street Brunswick East VIC 3057.
2. If you make a financial donation we can purchase on your behalf. As a registered charity with DGR status we can provide a tax receipt for any donations $2 or greater.
Note: sadly we cannot provide tax receipts for Sleeping Bags you purchase yourself we can only do this for financial donations.
